We are pleased to present you the most ambitious update of the season, available in every WARSTATION arena. In this article, we have collected answers to the most frequently asked questions to help you quickly learn new features and take full advantage of them.

Why do I need a personal account?

Your personal account is your control centre for the digital arena. Here you can quickly pay for game minutes and manage your expenses. In addition, at your disposal:

  • Launcher for downloading and updating games;
  • Complete game manuals, helmet usage instructions, and instructional materials for instructors;
  • Relevant marketing materials that will help promote your club.

How do I get access to my personal account?

Access to the personal account is provided to all WARSTATION franchisees. If you do not have a username and password yet, please contact our technical support team.

What is the advantage of per-minute payment?

There is no longer a need for royalties or subscriptions; you only pay for the gaming time. This enables you to maximise the workload for your club and offers you total control over how much you spend. Minutes are only subtracted for the actual gameplay, not for the time spent in the lobby or on calibration.

If I want to train staff, do I need to spend extra minutes on it?

We provide all franchisees with 1,000 minutes to train staff and resolve technical issues.

What are generative maps? Can I request manual map design?

When the game begins, the game map is created automatically. The algorithm adapts it to your arena's dimensions. On the other hand, you can order manual rendering if you require a particular location. Although it will take more time, you will be able to create a map with unique object locations.

How does the helmet record minutes?

Minutes are deducted only after the game starts. They are summed up by the number of players. For example, if four participants play for half an hour, the cost will be 120 game minutes. This approach helps you control your budget and avoid unnecessary expenses.

What else is new in the latest update?

  • 6 new mini-games in the FAMILYSTATION and KIDSTATION collections.
  • Improved graphics and scoring system.
  • Observer mode is accessible from a tablet or computer.
  • Software optimisation for stable operation on all devices.
