One of the main WARSTATION principles is transparency in business. That is why we have implemented a per-minute payment system. Now we will explain how it works.
The main rule is that only minutes spent playing the game are counted. This means that time spent on briefings, helmet calibration, and waiting in the lobby does not count against your paid time. These steps are necessary for getting ready to play, so they do not take up your playing time.
The paid time begins when the instructor starts the game on the tablet. But the counter stops whenever you switch scenarios or load a new game. You can safely switch to another game without worrying about wasted minutes.
No matter how long you spend at the VR club, only the time spent playing counts towards your payment. For example, if 4 players spend 40 minutes each, the total gaming time will be 160 minutes.
To calculate the total playing time, multiply the number of players by the minutes each has spent. This will give you the number of minutes the customers have spent in the game, which is the amount of time you will be charged for.
However, you do not need to do the calculations yourself, as the game counter controls them on the app.
