CHANGES IN TARIFFS. WHAT'S NEW?

Along with adding games and updating the software, we are also moving to a new tariffing system that charges by the minute. For owners of VR arenas, this means no more additional subscription fees or royalties. You will instead be able to pay for real game time and keep all earnings for yourself.

There are nine tariff plans available for WARSTATION partners, ranging from a minimum of 10,000 minutes for a budget launch to a maximum of 500,000 minutes for a full launch. The number of games you have does not affect this in any way, as you will receive all collections – WARSTATION, MILITARYSTATION, ANIMESTATION, FAMILYSTATION, and KIDSTATION – regardless. Choose a plan that suits your needs, monitor it, and adjust it as needed depending on your club's usage, which can be done through your personal franchisee’s account.

The minutes you spend will be tracked and recorded in your account, allowing you to see exactly how much time you have used and how much you have paid for. While calibrating VR headsets and switching between games in the lobby, the minutes are not subtracted. Since you only pay for the time your clients spend in the game and not for an empty arena, this guarantees openness and fair payment.

A crucial point to note is that the minutes are read from each headset and added up. For instance, if four people play for 40 minutes, the total playing time is 160 minutes (4 players x 40 min). You can monitor the playing time inside the WARSTATION app, as the game settings show the round time, which you set yourself, and a minute counter to track expenses and control the budget.

Another important aspect. If you need to train the staff or experience technical difficulties, you will not incur any additional costs. WARSTATION franchisees will receive 1,000 free minutes each as a gift for training the staff and for the event of unforeseen circumstances.
